Among technologies to be highlighted at the forthcoming ITME 2022 textile machinery show which takes place at the India Exposition Mart in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, from December 8-13, are the Bonas Ji and JiL jacquard ranges which already dominate in the Surat region, India’s centre of sari weaving.
The latest development in this range, the JiXXL, characterised by reliability, high productivity, maximum flexibility and low energy consumption, will be on display at ITME India for the first time.
Vandewiele will also display carpet samples produced on the digitally controlled RCF carpet weaving machine, as well as cut-loop machines and specific machines for weaving light carpets.
With the RCF, the digital control of yarns allows the development of new qualities and yarn waste can be reduced at the highest production speeds. Combinations of cut pile carpets with flatweave, as well as sisal look carpets will also be presented.
In tufting, the digital control of pile yarns with an active yarn feed allows the development of high definition Colortec 1/10-inch tufting carpet in eight colours or 1/7-inch gauge competing with traditional Axminster carpets.
Savio is launching the new Proxima Smartconer automatic winder in India ahead of ITMA in Milan in June 2023, and Bejimac will show a new singeing machine in response to the growing demand for knitwear singeing.
For woven fabrics, the company will outline its latest developments for substantially reducing gas consumption in high intensity singeing and in addition, the new ATSH autonomous carpet shearing machine will be introduced.
Superba is now offering the new DHS3 triple-layer heat-setting machine which provides an unequalled level of evenness and a highly homogenous fixation to the yarn, as well as stain resistance or enhanced bulk. The DHS3 line allows for high energy savings and a reduced floor-space requirement.
All Vandewiele machines can be connected through cloud computing to the company’s TEXconnect remote supervision system.
