In 1963, Mr. Chiappini, Mr. Cagnazzo and Mr. Sopegno founded one of the leading textile machine manufacturing companies in the world. Since 1967, Termoelettronica, a sister concern of MCS Group, has been manufacturing automation systems and machinery for chemicals auxiliaries, dyestuff, dosing systems for powder, liquid, salt and software for production management. In the year 1968, Chiappini and his brother-in-law Pilenga founded Europizzi, a commission textile dye-house. Today, it is one of the largest Italian dyeing industries with 20,000 kg knit and 50,000 metres woven fabrics per day. Since 1984, Europizzi has also been producing chemical auxiliaries for textile industries.
Globally, water scarcity is increasing day by day along with the cost of gas and electricity. Therefore, utility consumption becomes a fundamental issue in the textile manufacturing process. The special and unique design of the fabric deposit troughs combined with the plaiting system increases the real loading capacity of the machine. Taking advantage of the pressure generated by the circulation pump and of the liquor inside the machine, by every liquor drain, the SSCF self-cleaning filter (patent pending) is washed off. This fact remarkably reduces the cleaning operations of filters and improves the performance of the circulation pump itself. Processes are faster and safer thanks to an innovative concept for chemical introduction, controlled by industrial touch-screen PC (PCx-TEx by Termoelettronica).
Two side-tanks for chemicals, each one complete with its own mixer, pneumatic probe, heating coil and liquor recycling helps to make chemical dissolving and mixing much easier. Thanks to these equipments, downtimes and waiting times are much reduced, also in case of automatic dispensing systems. MST (machine side tank) is for liquor preparation; liquor is controlled and managed by a pneumatic probe to reduce times by liquor fillings.
MQD (machine quick drain) is done by main circulation pump. Hydrovario, an adjustable section nozzle that is electronically controlled ensures maximum versatility in usage. Machine maintenance time plays a big role in the productivity of a dyeing floor. One of the common maintenance jobs is substitution of reel rubbers. In a traditional machine this takes a lot of time. In Dynamica Sprint it is possible to change all the rubbers of a reel within a few minutes, thanks to a simple but innovative feature of industrial engineering (patent pending).
