Product Description
Our JRGD high-efficiency homogenizer & emulsifying blender combines the newest-developed Germany technology and world-advanced unique function, its main components are imported originally from Germany. With new-structure, superior function, and use central processing unit to make it ascend and lift down freely. The complete-obturation vacumm status with inner-outer recycle systerm, and the special homogenizer make it absorb the materials from bottom. All these make it very suitable for the production of cream with power, and has greatly improved the production efficiency and goods quality.
Features:
High efficient homogenizer & emulsifier: it is a high efficient German compound homogeneous emulsifier with six-layer shear teeth of special structure, shearing more times, transient partial pressure up to 100Mpa above .its emulsification effect for materials which goes through the emulsifier is dozens of times than that of common ones.
Precision motion mechanism and cooling system: high efficiency, power loss is small, heterogeneous devices can work long time, the application of special process requirements
